Non technical question

Many of the questions asked on the forum here are way above my head, so I pose a simple one for those of us who just curious if this is a good phone. I am looking to upgrade my phone and just want to know from the people who already have this phone in hand, is the reception good on both ends, any problems using text messaging and is it comfortable walking around with it in your pocket? Will it take decent pics to just have fun with? Im not considering buying it for the music player and it won't be replacing my digital camera. I just want a decent reliable cell phone that looks good and is comfortable in the pocket. Any info will help. Thanks.

need opinions

My NE2 is up and I am trying to decide which phone. I hate LG and refuse to by one. So it is between the KRZR and the Samsung 990. Except for the obvious camera difference and all the limitations from Verizon (not the Moto or Samsung's fault), which phone is better. Is the Samsung really worth the money??

Help!!

Bluetooth headset help please.

I am going to go buy the K1m tomorrow after work and just have a quick question for everyone out there about different headsets. Can anybody recommend some reliable headsets with minimal flaws (echo, etc.)? I have an older headset but i'm better off just speaking into my phone b/c of the poor performance of my headset. I keep reading mixed reviews about popular headsets so i would like to get some feed back from frequent users. 🙂

Can anyone who has the KRZR confirm

if it supports the bluetooth "Stereo" wireless headset?

I think the PC Mag review said it does not support the stereo bluetooth and I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet? Now that the chocolate has it I would think that all of the new phones coming out would have it.

Does the RAZR V3m support stereo bluetooth?

NokiaNokia

Sorry Nokia Nokia but Nokia phones just arene't very attractive. You speek as though Motorola's are ugly, yet Nokia (excluding their 3rd Q portfolio) has manufactured some of the ugliest phone over the last 2 years. Motorola is arguably the most groundbreaking cell phone company when it comes to the design. I'll never say that Nokia's don't get excellent reception, but they are dogface.com ugly.

This phone is garbage!!!

All Motorola phones are garbage. They should come with garbage can, so you can throw the phone away once you get it. Cause thats where its gonna end up anyways. Theyre phones break too easily. I mean seriously, does Motorola have any other designs? They keep coming out with the same type of design....and their phones dont even have an operating system.

oh, motorola

you bore me.

Every phone you have released lately has that wonderful RAZR (shoon to bwe shortened to RR, when they release the KRZYRAZR V3XivM^3) look and feel to it.

This, I am not a fan of.

what if every car produced by Chevy looked entirely the same... not very fun is it?

in a business where people shoot for looks, it's either innovate or die.

is this phone worth waiting for?

after reading the other article about the new samsung TV phone, which do you guys think is worth waiting for.

i assume this new on demand tv service is going to be phone dependent and not something that could be download on other evdo powervision phones.

the k1m looks amazing and the size feature is wild too.

but if this TV service is gonna be as serious as it sounds, would you ignore the k1m and wait for the m250???

Playing Music From Your Own Collection--Music Store app

I don't know what kind of folders the KRZR creates on the memory card, but if it is similar to my Sanyo 9000, you can put your files in the default Music Store folder and the Music Store will organize and play them.

The UI on the MOTOKRZR??!!

I've gotten mixed reviews... Does the phone give you the option for different UI themes? Can you at least change the bars to blue or silver??

Motorola 800# said yes.

The 1st Verizon rep didn't know what UI was (some Verizon people dont even know what the KRZR is). I told her UI is user interface. Then she put me on hold and came back and said that the KRZR is not a PDA, but that it's a phone so it doesn't have Windows...lol.

The 2nd Verizon rep asked the same question, what is UI? After I told him he said it has red bars like every Verizon phone and that it's something that none of the models can change (WRONG). I said that the 8300 and 5300 can change colors and he said no they can't.

The 3rd Verizon rep gave me a hard time f...
