If you have the Verizon backup service, this forum will walk you through it... you have to scroll about half way down before you hit the part where they explain how to copy the list, paste it into excel, then export it to exchange which will in turn let you sync with your BB...
Apparently Verizon has something crippled on the enV2 that doesn't let you do it... actually they have something crippled on all of their phones, since I was able to transfer all of my laddies off a LG shine no problem.
