Kyocera

I have the slider remix and have US Cellular service. According to US Cellular, Mobile Phone Tools is not supported on the phone. I do know that the phones are disabled for dial up networking. I was told that I needed to enable that feature on the phone to make MPT work with the phone. I enabled it, and it worked...once. the software will not recognize the phone any longer. I have done everything that the Kyocera site says to do in the troubleshooting section to get it to work again.

Does anyone have any other ideas to get the two to work together again?
