Ex Clearwire customers watch for unauthorized charges

I purchased and iSpot last August with no contract. Clear's 4G service was too spotty to be usable so I canceled the service. I received an email from Clear saying my iSpot service was suspended and would be canceled in 60 days unless I reactivated service. Six months later Clear unilaterally activated my service and charged my account for four months service before I caught it.

I made four phone calls totaling five hours on the line with Clear. First they denied I ever received a cancellation email. When I found the email, after much searching, they could not explain why the service was reactivated nor could they explain the cancellation email. They still refused to refund the charges. Eventually they hung up on me. I wondering if they anticipate filing bankruptcy.
