Personally I don't believe in all these seperate charges for internet, whether it's on a regular phone, a WinMo smartphone, or a laptop, internet is internet is internet.
With reguards to your comment that web pages are much larger on a full web browser on a laptop, most web pages now a days are displayed the same on a cell phone as they are on a laptop thanks to mobile web browsers such as Opera Mini 4.1, and Skyfire.
