Blackberry server with Trio700w

I had someone from Johny Cochran law firm buy a Treo 700 to use on a blackberry server.

Their IT guy said it would work.

That was 4 months ago and no problems.

Sorry I do not know the details.

A) Lied
B) Doesn't know what he is talking about

The guy that claims he is using it probably has a Microsoft exchange server that is powering his email. He can use the BES and also add the mobility feature to the exchange serve 2003 SP2 and do active sync sessions with the MSFP upgrade on the 700w. So he is probably running separate solutions and his IT department didn't want to explain it to the lawyer.
