>$45,000 for ATT Laptop connect, $60 unlimited data service
After 6 weeks in Dalhart TX, my data bill was > $18,623 due to roaming calls made from an international location, PA, USA.
ATT said computer error has causes excessive billing, PA is still covered as a state withing US of A & included in my national unlimited data access account for $60 per month. ATT said do not pay bill, it has been sent for correction, to ATT HQ, Atlanta, GA USA.
Trace routes done from North TX, OK & AR all show ATT routes my packets from those states to NJ, onto Internet in NJ, then to destination. Trace route also shows 300 mS for many hops, many lost packets & many hops not responsive. At house in AR, service continues to max at 23 KB/S, oftern down to 0.8 K bytes per second, so I suppose my packets are still goin...

That's freaking funny, only because I know there's no way you'll ever have to pay that. I say post it. Large companies shouldn't have an excuse for not fixing those errors quickly just because they're large.

Look at all the jokers who purchased the iPhone at $499.99 and $599.99 only to have the price slashed $200 and only offered $100 by Jobs theirs was purchased outside the 14 day purchase window. Let's not forget the the ones who are getting boxes for their iPhone bill since they have over 350 pages to it.

save trees how about money? There is no reason even in a detailed bill to list every single text message. Sprint doesn't nor does alltel. Don't know about verizon. So why would att.

VZW doesn't send any detail bill unless you ask for it and as far as I know, NO CARRIER will detail any texts...

Every current plan with att is completely detailed. Every call is listed with who it was and how long. Every text is listed with when it was sent and to whom. Every data session is listed with how much was transmitted. It's not just the iPhone.
I have a Blackberry and used to get bills that were over 300 pages and my bill was always around $75. I'm on paperless billing now.
