Wireless Data

Hello. I'm brand new to the forum. I'm a Cingular customer with the opportunity to 'upgrade' from my ancient V180 basic cellphone. I need a phone (PDA?) that will allow me to access live streaming stock quotes as well as place trades. I have NO experience using PDAs or smart phones. I'm assuming I'd need a PDA for this purpose. I'd also like the device to have a decent camera on board. Can anyone advise me as to which phone might measure up the best?
