8400 QUESTION:

i have an 8400 Sanyo that is telling me that the micro SD is not formated and that when i attempt to format it gives me an ERROR code back. HELP???

What type of error code? You may wish to consider trying to format the microSD using the SD adapter on your home PC/laptop if you have a multimedia reader. If not, take your Sanyo 8400 along with your microSD to the a Sprint corporate retail store and have one of the Retail Communications Consultants try a different microSD and see if it you can format the new microSD with your Sanyo 8400.

#1 attempt to format card
** asks me if i want to format

#2 say yes
** card access denined

that is about as far as i can go with that.
Never thought about the adapter as a way to reformat. Thanks. I'll try that out before heading to the store.
