crazy 411 lady
ok i had this cust caome in the other day with like 150.00 dollars in charges for calling 411 in like 2 weeks....
She asked me to get rid of the charges for her ..
I wanted to scream "Lady Buy aphone book !!! 🙄

Sounds like this lady needs to just get a smartphone with unlimited data so she can look up #s on her phone instead of calling 411 it would save her in the long run. 😉

I think common sense would quite possibly be a better idea for this lady. I am willing to bet that some of those calls were for the same number.

It's not worth selling people smart phones if they don't have the capacity to figure them out... It's not nearly worth the $ to have to field the endless questions.
