Our main selling points for wireless are the combined billing as you had said, one number service with your home phone with Qwest, AND the nights and weekends starting at 7pm. I always tell the customer they can recieve the 7pm nights and weekends on a ONE YEAR CONTRACT too as Verizon's you need a TWO YEAR CONTARCT. But, usually the customers who call about wireless are already prepared to make a purchase with us. I have only had my cell phone with Qwest for a short period so far, Im ported my number from T-Mobile. I have not experienced any problems, BUT that doesn't mean that there aren't any either. I know there are problems, I recieve a lot of customers calling in about their wireless service with us. So, I will post again if I experience any different than right now.
