Wow, I have been with Qwest for 8 years and this is what I know. Qwest has lost their 'Spirit of Service' when they cut customer service hours and repair hours. They offer no extra services. They have outpriced themselves in the market. When I called to see what they could do to keep me as a customer, their customer loyalty rep was honest and stated that they cannot compete and she does not even have service with Qwest. Along with a lot of other people who work with Qwest that I know. I, after all of these years being a loyal Qwest customer, am leaving for lower prices and better service. I would also like to personally thank the ebonics graduate that so professionally handled our repair problems......hahahaha.
I paid $89.99 for 1200 anytime minutes and 3000 eves and weekends - no text, no internet, no cirle, nothing. Now, I pay $79.99 with a circle, 1400 anytime minutes, unlimited eves and weekends, unlimited text and no roaming. See ya Qwest!!!!!
