I thought I put some time frames in there. Sorry. ☹️ According to what I hear, the i930 is scheduled for Q3-Q4 2005, the other 2 phones I mentioned in my post aren't scheduled till 2006

I've actually heard that this phone will never be released - but motorola wont tell customer this because they did a whole bunch of marketing and advertising then when the phone was made and created, motorola didn't like it all and scraped the phone. But they dont want to tell anyone the i930 has been scraped because that would make them look bad.

If they were going to scrap it then they wouldn't of gone thru the effort of getting
it type accepted within the last few weeks.

Well, not a date, but folks from a very reliable source... Well, my uncle... who works at Nextel, and he said we will see it on the website within the first two weeks of June.

I will venture a guess and say, maybe June 5th... hint hint...wink wink...

Yeah well, considering the i930 is going to be the next world phone and won't have bluetooth, it looks like I'll be waiting till next year when the i960 comes out... 😡

Being the phone was just (within the past 2 weeks) type accepted by the FCC it will take months for Motorola to ramp up for production.

Don't hold your breath as it won't be June 5th, it will be more like August or September at the earliest.

I would say at least October or November for the phone to be optimized fully. Hopefully, all the bugs at the brink of i930's release will be worked through by then.
