Maybe if cell phone companies would keep it simple we would have kept it simple as customers too. It's not our fault they have introduced all these new plans and add-ons that can jack your bill well into hundreds of dollars per month merely for a "cell phone." With the introduction of the America's Choice Plan, Get It Now, a billion and a half minutes per month, Unlimited Nights/Weekends, camera phones, text and picture all doesn't come free. Many people get rid of their land line phone entirely and have a ton of features on their cell phone. I can complain all I want for a cell phone service I pay $90 a month for without even having any extras! I pay per text message, per Get It Now download, and I have no insurance an any of the three phones on my Family Share Plan. I live in an extremely rural area where reception for even Verizon is not the best. I must also say I'm not totally unhappy w/ Verizon but when I see other people with Cingular, T-mobile, and Sprint who have all of this (and now National plans are everywhere)...I can't help but wonder what my $90 a month is going to. I GET dropped calls and I have a Tri-mode phone! Looks like you need to get up with the times and realize maybe for you a cell phone is just for making calls, but to many other's that and A LOT more.
