Guys and Gals, I need some help here, I'm a current Nextel user and I hate the service. I'm trying to find who - Verizon or (Dare I say it here) T-Mobile - has the better service.

What is your experience with the service of Verizon? how is it in the tunnels of NYC - Midtown, LIRR, etc. How is it in the malls of Long island, Queens, Manhattan, etc.

What phones of Verizon get the best reception?
