HTC Thunderbolt Question

I know they all had problems dropping the 4G when connected to the mobile hotspot, but apparently according to everyone at Verizon Wireless, it should be fixed now. Well, I am continuing to have the problem. Every time I connect to my 4G hotspot with my 2011 Macbook Pro, it droppes the connection after 5 or 10 min. Yes, I have all the lastest updates and they have sent me two replacement devices. What should I do or what are my options? I purchased the phone brand new in August, so it is still well under warranty.

Call tech support and make the rep stay on the phone with you for fifteen minutes or until it disconnects. If the rep cannot resolve the issue request a different device.
