O.K. Let me answer the last part of your question first... No one but the "Big Cheeses" at Verizon knows the "Planned" release date of any phone.. The main reason for this is because of the competition. The other is because they do not want to set expectations with the customers, and then something come up were the device will not meet the scheduled release date.. You will know just as soon a everyone else when you see it in the store...

Now that that is out of the way.. The only "flip" phone I think they are getting ready to release is the Samsung SCH-a610. It is they same style phone as Sprint's a600 camera phone with the rotating flip design.
