Amen, the sense of entitlement that customers seem to believe is afforded to them is sickening. They lose sight of the idea that there is still a business to run.
I love it when customers threaten me with going to another carrier if they don't get their way. I love that, two things happen: I explain I don't take it personally and I offer directions to the nearest competitor. Calling the bluff is so much fun.
