If Verizon is SO confident in their service....
Anyhow, no one makes you sign anything. I just can't imagine a sales person knocking you unconcious, holding a pen in your hand and signing a contract on your behalf.
You are a consumer. You buy services. Verizon is a company. They have business policies. You have other companies to choose from as a consumer. If VZW's policies are not to your liking, then as a consumer, you have the freedom not to choose them. However, since VZW didn't invent the cellular contract, and seeing ho every other carrier practices this "rediculous" policy, hope yu find one that fits your needs.
Don't argue, just sign it if you want the service... its as simple as that.

then why make us sign a contract at all? I mean the phone company (land line) doesn't make me sign a contract....hhmmmmm ๐
Could this argument be weaker???
This same statement could be made to Cingular with their "All-Over Network" with the "Fewest Dropped Calls" or Sprint/Nextel, or any other carrier.
You can also single out Magazine subscription services, Satellite dish services, PMI (for the kids on here its Private Mortgage Insurance), or any other subscription based service.
Try again kid.

Although I agree with your statements, there's no need to call anyone a kid.
God, get over yourself.
