Just got our VX9900
I just got mine here, too, and I don't know. I have mixed feelings on this one. Which is a shame to say, but I thought this was going to be THE phone to have. It's really not that much smaller than the 9800, and I don't like the way it feels when you type seeing as the hinge puts the screen below the keyboard and not above it. 2MP camera is nice and so is the dedicated email button. Aside from that, I honestly think that the Samsung U710 is going to be the one to get. Just my two cents..

Yeah we just received ours too..I as well have some mixed feelings on the phone. I mean it has some plus's over the 9800 but also the 9800 has some better plus's. The new 9900 is definetly more wide, and I am not a fan of how it opens since it does fall below the key pad. I like the screen better on the 9800 because the screen doesnt fall it stands up nice in straight. I also like how non wide the 9800 is. But I do like the look a bit better of the 9900 and the keypad is better and seems even easier to type on.

You should stick with Sprint and your Blade. You wouldn't like this phone anyway. It has Verizon UI which you despise. 🙄

He makes a good point lol, but why would you want to buy a phone that people have mix feelings about? I had the 9800, and it was okay.
