I bought the blade and it would shut off on its own. I brought it in to exchange it and no problem, the sprint store came through. Well the second phone did the same thing so I tried to exchange it for the exact same phone and they said no! I was so mad I immediately went to verizon to port my number over....they said i have 15 days to exchange it as many times as is needed.....seems to me verizon is more customer oriented....

absolutely. Verizon is ranked #1 in customer care every year (or tied for tmobile depends on are) and they have the highest customer loyalty every single quarter (proven by industry low churn)

glad to have you with us. what phone did you get?

Well, a heads up, you can only exchange for a new one within the first fifteen days but it will be as many times as necessary. You can even swap out for a different device within the first 15 days if necessary and pay the difference if it's more. After 15 days, you have a one-year warranty that would allow you to swap the device for another device of the same model however it will be refurbished. Just wanted to get that out there.

It's a great thing that at least one person on here praises Verizon Wireless over something! 🤣 😁 🙂 😉 😎
