Hello

Please help me out. I am a VZW employee a full time CSR ...I can not for the life of me tell you how long I have held back from the forum but I have had enough!!!

I can't call employee activations because it is by far the worst

Is it my software in my phone or does the bluetooth act just plain ol defective ..

1. I can't answer or switch in between calls using my bluetooth (handsfree my ass)I have to open my flip to answer

2. I got the software upg and believe it or not my bluetooth audio went dead and I had to get a phone replacement

3. I am currently using JABRA is that my problem or is the 8300 just plain ol funky?

👿

For your info I asked for help not misery...i am a CCR not a Technician i help customers with problems with Billing, AOL, Activations, Upgrades, bluetooth Synching you know things in that nature....

Evidently i have no clue what the hell is wrong that is why I am asking someone else for advice because I am trying to see if someone is experiencing the same issues and maybe they done something diff that I did not do to fix it

So I am sorry misery but I do not want to be yur company and if your having a pissy Friday night go to a exciting website like www.zappos.com order yourself some nice exprensive shoes and walk your miserable self down the street until you come up with something else to do with your time

I was afraid to get the software update I got it on my previous 8300 and my bluetooth would not work (audio) at all we synched my same headset to other phones in the store and to there 8300's so we knew it was not the headset but this was after the software was updated..now on my replacement phone I have the 01 version and my bluetooth is not so friendly but I can use it at least i am just so afraid if i get this update the same thing is going to happen

Both... Try a Plantronics or Motorola headset, and yes the bluetooth is quirky on the 8300 but just crap audio at times, the buttons normally work peachy...

I have documented this entirely a few times, The bluetooth is a mess on this phone and the 8100..

Echo problems back to the called are aweful.

Best headset is the Plant 320.. This 100% works the best, We tested over 50 units..

Stay away from Jabra and I love them but not with this phone , Same with Moto..

Plant 320, radio shack is good for this..
