Well as I always say, Verizon once again is the winner. Numbers don't lie. Don't you love working for the best wireless carrier?
😎
...
absolutely. it just gets better and better. i wonder how the cingy people feel about that and when they are going to put in their commments. or maybe they have none???? 🙂
...
Cingular isn't that weak of a carrier either but I do think Verizon Wireless is working off of a better infrastructure. Good job VZW!
...
I'm sure that one comment on a message board is representative of Verizon as a whole. I'll switch back to Cingular, I'm sure there are not any similar comments in their forum. Thanks for making it clear anx

hey anx i read that and i see that more actually in other forums. nobodys perfect but some are getting much closer than others 🙂
...
All of you who work for VZW should be proud. Great results!

This will make February 28, 2007 so much sweeter...
Just wait until next month when we have a full quarter of WalMart sales. I've heard VZW outsells other carriers in WalMart nearly 2:1!
Walmart had something like 60% of all indirect activations for all carriers last year.
...
Yeah, and lets see VZW's churn rate go sky high with 16 year old pimply faced clerks finish stocking dog food and then answer all the technical questions on cellular service! I had them send over one of their older greeters for help with setting up and using voicemail. The old lady said the people at the "connection" station were, "duh, um, i dunno. Just dial *86 er something like that. Here, call 1-800-922-0204, they can help you."
So, me, an INDIRECT...not VZW takes the time to show them how to set up and retrieve voicemail. I have since had over a dozen customers come in from that one person. Also, hold times suck now because Walmart cannot answer simple questions.
Just wait for their churn!
...
I take the time to show them, basically tell them dial *86, hit their password, what to press and all that. then send them off with a VM brouchure with stuff highlighted in it.

I wish I was able to get VZW service here in Oklahoma City
