Going to get the Sam 990 as soon as we can order them, dont care at all about the 9900 or the Chocolate, definatly wont get anything that has the name Motorola on it, ever.

I think the 990 is one of the best phones verizon sells...but it's kind of expensive. I'd almost rather get a dedicated camera.

The Samsung 990 is the way to go if you are not worried about spending a little money. Reasons: 3.2 meg auto-focus camera , twisting QVGA display, EVDO high-speed data, and a microSD memory card slot. Imaging functions include a business card reader, video capture up to 1 hour, TV output, and Bluetooth printing. Audio functions include advanced voice recognition and dictation, text-to-speech, and a music player. 🤤

Go for the LG 8300 !!! It's practically new and has excellent features ! You can't lose with this phone ..

I can't remember the model number but there is a reasonably sized clamshell smartphone running Windows Mobile 5.0. It's a Pantech, which I'm a little leery of but I figure I'll at least give it a 15 day test drive. I've been waiting for a WM phone that is less than PDA-sized.

Try the LG VX9800. Their is a button on that nice fold out keyboard that you would find have fun learning how to use. It is this button that actually makes fonts into caps OR you can even do LOWER case letters! What a novel idea! Lower case letters?
