creaking E815
I just got this phone a week ago and my battery cover creaks really bad. It sounds horrible when i'm texting someone. Is this normal for this phone?? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have sold many of these phones and my friend has one also, neither one of us have had a problem like that nor has my customers. You might want to try and take it back to the store and see if they can exchange it for you, otherwise buy insurance and wait 30 days and than file a claim.

your in your 15 day trial period, so take the phone back, unless its damaged you shouldn't even have to worry about insurance. besides insurance gives refurbs and you don't want that!
