Anyone out there having extreme trouble using eROES?
Non population of the city and state after entering the zip code?
After all the new customer information is put in for a new activation, when hitting the submit button, the next screen is Page Cannot be Displayed error screen and you have to start all over again, sometimes 3 to 9 times.
All of this happens when the store is jammed full of people....
Help here....My Verizon rep tells me that it works just fine everywhere else but in our 19 stores....

It isnt an Eroes issue now, it has to do with the settings on your stores computers that need tweaked....we had the same issues for weeks and it was such a PAIN....IT guy showed up and fixed everything in minutes.

I would if I had any idea, they dont tell us anything...are computers are completely locked out so we cant get into any trouble. i do know it was a per store basis...not everyone was having the same issues. im sure it has to do with security settings.
