Huh, yeah I know we wont be able to go into it the way we use to and run apps, doesnt really bother me too much, we have been doing it exclusively through fastpath since eroes changed

😲 And it works, like you can get all of the way through an act w/o calling CS? Even Family Shares? Nu-uh. I get funky errors EVERY time I try to use fast path.

Really? I have never ran into a problem with it, granted it took me a few attempts to feel comfortable with it but there are no problems here.

Actually at my store we are doing great, at my other store it is crappy, we usually run in 2 week cycles. For 2 weeks a month (and they are always back to back weeks) is when we make our sales the other two weeks always are bone dry.

Sales last month were not too bad, a lot of upgrades, but ever since gas spiked through the roof last summer things just havnet been the same.

half the problem is verizon allowing a billion stores to pop up everywhere. In the past 2 years 3 more agents have came in less than 2 miles from me. On is across the street. Then you have the whole circuit city, bestbuy, home depot, and coming soon walmart, and people ar starting to rely on internet for instant rebates, then you have wirefly and all that crap as well. So i guess my point is verizon is still doing good but in my market i can throw a rock in any direction and hit another place to buy verizon, kinda stretches the market. I do pretty good at my location, but sales defianetly dropped when two more agents opened up right next to me.

If they are opening up that close to you then its your reps fault, he/she as well as their boss have to approve all new locations. I know where I am I have a great rep and they dont allow sotres to be closer then 2 miles apart, and that is pushing it.

yeah i realize that, but some of these are corporate locations and that is out of his hand. The company I work for has been screwed by vzw as of late. We have these indirect stores doing outstanding numbers month after month, then verizon pops a corp across the street. It is like they let us take the risk, then if we do great they come and butt in to get a part of the action. Done it to at leaste three of our best locations in the past year! really starting to piss me off.

yeah fast path blows, they are aware of the issues and are trying to fix them is my understanding, hopefully they get that taken care of soon if they are dropping eroes. I still use it becasue fastpath always fails with crazy errors when i am doing multiple lines or it will not let me print the agreement or my personal favorite it just locks up.
