Good and bad about VZW
I would say it's pretty much undeniable that Verizon has the strongest, most effective and extensive network out there. I have used my Verizon phone for mobile web in rural areas where other carriers won't even give you a signal.
While I am frustrated as many others seem to be about the lack of recent phone options (especially bar-type phones) and the endless UI debate, I think it is pretty clear that an old phone with an unpleasant UI that DOESN'T drop calls is better than a fancy new one that does.

this was never the case before so we have either begun to slip a bit or T-Mobile is doing something very right. it is probably a combination of the two.
I myself have been guilty of snapping at people here on the forums because I get tired of the same complaints over and over, usually from the same people. Im not on the clock when im posting on phone scoop so sometimes i leave my "customer care #1" cap at the office. but you definantly bring up some valid points.
