are there any customer service people here that are worth anything?
i repo'd a stolen phone from some prick and am trying to call the customer to get him to pick it up, he doesnt speak any english though and attempts to talk to him in spanish still don't get much, everytime i call verizon i get transfered a million times, someone just tell this dude to pick up his phone...... can anyone help me?

just drop it off at a store. and then it is no longer your problem. Problem when you call verizon is they will not give you customer info, they may try to contact him and direct him, but they will not give you any info, just unload it on a store, i have people bring lost phones in my store all the time and just look up the serial number and get it back to them, no biggie.

🙂 What's the big beal about 30 miles. Nearest Corp. VZW store to me is 15 miles. 20 minute drive. If I had to drive 50 to the nearest Corp. VZW store to return a lost phone, I would 🙂

i dont even know where the nearest verizon corporate store is, i was talking agent, and who knows how honest that person is going to be, the guys house would be closer than any verizon.

Call the police or drop it off there. They'll take found property and find the owner.
