Getting phone in a VZW store VS getting phone at CC?

Just wondering if there's any difference between getting a phone in a Verizon Store VS getting it at Circuit City (which is a Verizon store I know) My concern is that if the phone is bad, tech support, etc. if I get it a CC and the VZW store won't help me because it wasn't bought at a VZW store. I have the feeling it doesn't matter, but I just want to be sure.

Some Circuit City Verizon Stores don't have Tech support so you would have to take it to a full-service Verizon store for Tech support, but they will help you just the same as if you would have purchased from them.

Cool thanks for the replies. There's a CC and a VZW Store at the mall near my job, but the VZW store is always crowded and tiny, figure I can get helped quicker at the CC. I did see the Nokia 6256i, and I really thought about getting it, but I don't like that you can't just use voice dialing for any entry in the phone book, and that you can't do number dialing either. Those are both pretty useful. Seems from what I've been reading on howardforums.com that the latest firmware for the E815 fixes a lot of problems with it, so I'll be getting that installed as well.

When i bought my Samsung a650, I went to a mall kiosk (before CC decided to have VZW in their stores) and I get the same help at the corporate store as I would at the mall kiosk or at the CC VZW kiosk. My mom went to CC and got the Nokia 6256i free because the phone was $29.95 with a 2 year contract when it was first introduced to the CC VZW kiosks. My mom used her NE2 and the phone was free. She only paid for her accessories. She likes this phone better because she's no longer hitting buttons like she did with her old Nokia phone, and says reception is much better too. I haven't decided where I'll go to get my next phone, much less what phone I want to buy, but I'll stay with corporate because of the NE2, which usually will give me abo...
