VX4400 Help
I have a customer that has a VX4400. She has all at once started getting a Menu Search popping on the inside display of her phone. It totally locks her up. She has to take the battery out, and restart the phone, and it still says it, but she is able to make calls. Any clue what is might be? Any help will be appreciated!

Take it back to a RETAIL store and have them exchange it for another one. It's free!!!
