Moving Ring Tones
I recently got the LG VX4500, I used to have the 4400. It is a nice phone wish it had a camera but what you expect for 50.00 thru insurance. lol Anyway my question: Is there anyway to tranfers downloaded ring tones to the new phone? VZW cust service said no that I would have to redownload and pay for them all over again. That seems like a rip off being that I already paid for them. Any advise would be helpful

well if you act now you can do the esn change redownload the items and ask customer care to credit what you redownloaded. I just did this but soon that wont be avail to do unless a warrenty phone

In my past experience....if you have an insurance claim, you can re-download all the SAME ringtones, and games as before, and VZW will credit your account for those games/ringtones you had to re-download.
