I really hate verizon, they sux

I've been a customer of verizon for many years and every time I need help they are there for me.
I just hate verizon 😈
Every time I need to make a damn call I can get through to the person I'm reaching with no disturbances.
I just hate verizon 😈
One time I had a problem with my phone and they gave me a free battery
I just hate verizon 😈
One time they made a mistake on my bill, I called and they fixed it. Then had the nerve to credit my account another 20 bucks just for the inconvenience.
I just hate verizon 😈
Many times I get a signal on my verizon phone, when others don't.
I just hate verizon 😈
I'm just so darn tired of verizon asking me, is there anyt...

Gee thats funny I really love Verizon....the way they always have the most stupidest tier 1 technical support people...how they can change bills and not call it an increase....how they feel they can treat long time customer like dirt.

When I read post about people being dissatisfied with customer service, I can't help but to wonder what approach they took with verizon, when trying to resolve the problem. Anytime I have a problem with anything I find you get the best results with a polite and humble attitude. I always get fantastic results!

define long-term. and what was your problem? you're making it sound like they called you one morning to tell you how stupid (or most stupidest as you so deftly put it) you are. did you have a legitimate problem or were you angry that you flushed your phone down the toilet?

What are you talking about???? Are you sure you responded to the correct post? I never said anything about long term, and I never said Verizon called me to tell me "how most stupidest" I was.

I think you responded to the wrong guy.

Now I have to back him up, I sell Verizon and have to deal with CC a lot for customers, I have run across several reps who were unwilling to help and had attitudes towards me. I always talk to the with respect and courtesy, the way I want to be treated. It's just like any place of business there are bad apples everywhere. I'd say 98% of the time I call in they are more then willing to help and extremley friendly, if you get a bad rep just hang up and call back in.

Wish I could take those odds to Vegas with me 🙂

You give them a 98 and call on a regular basis, thats very impressive.

Yeah, I VERY seldom run into a "jerk", they are there, I call in several times a day, and sometimes dont even mention I am an employee.

Verizon is a great company, some of the people they hire arn't necessarly great. It's the same way with every company. Companies wont grow to be the size of VZW or Cingy or even Tmobile if they have crappy morals and are out to "screw" the customer. ALL cell phone companies HAVE to make a profit, plain and simple, its how business works. They all want to make money but they all do sincerely want the cusotmer to be happy. Otherwise they wouldnt still be in business.

Yeah right, that would be nice! I wouldn't be posting on here if I was (no offense). I would be on the golf course 6 days a week (Sundays are for Nascar and football).

Geeze that would be awesome, CEO of Verizon, imagine the life that guy has.... 😳

No, Im sure he wouldnt want that POS 🤣 I have actually seen one in person (Motorola Rep) he said, as of right now, it is horrible, the reception is what is giving them the hardest time. I didn't spend too much time talking about it because honestly I am not that interestd in Motorola products, but he said "dont hold your breath for this one"

I bet, and I want one. I don't think it's the greatest phone or anything. I just want one because I thought I couldn't ( being stuck wit verizon and all) I hope they take all the time they need before releasing it. I hope they dont push for Nov and release it a problematic phone. Time will tell. When being a verizon customer, you learn patience.

Is problematic a word? 😕

I hate to sound racist... but it always seems to be the african american women that are the problem. Most of them are just plain nasty and won't do anything to help you. Other than that I usually don't have any problem.

I know we are about to get ripped apart here, but I completly agree, that seems to be the way it is.

On the "aferican american" subject, they are black, like we are white, I have never been to Europe so I am not European American, they have never been to Africa so they are not African American. Or how bout we are all just AMERICANS. I know I just opened up a whole can of worms here but being PC can get on my nerves sometimes.

I agree, I wasn't attacking you in the least, just stating something that gets on my nerves sometimes how we have to be so politically correct now days. I was actually told by a customer that calling somebody "oriental" was a racial slang, I came home and told my wife (who works in a hospital) and she said she knows and that they have been told in the hospital that calling an Asian "oriental" is the same as black person a "******". I can completly see why the term "******" is offensive to black people, and would never call anybody it, however the term "oriental" just means "from the orient" which is a part of the world.

Lets see how long this post stays up before it gets removed.

DISCLAIMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am NOT actually cal...

You know gunny, you are so right. As a customer service rep, I can say if you call in and are nice, you're pretty much getting anything I can give you. Those jerks, like I'm sure joshieca is, don't get crap.... Hey I have an idea joshieca, go into a restaurant and be an ass, I bet your food will get spit on! 😈

In my experience with the Verizon reps with my sudden coverage outage recently being very nice to them they were very nice to me as well. However, they were also almost completely useless regarding their ability to diagnose and solve my problem. Its taken two weeks for them to figure out that there are problems with the towers locally (thats todays reason anyway) and no one has offered me anything except yet another refurb V710, no newer equivalent phone, no credits, nothing. The Verizon reps are really nice and apologetic, but also remind me that they don't guarantee service all the time and certainly not in any kind of building (despite have awesome reception for the last 3 years, until recently) and that there is really nothing they can d...

...usually get upset with the corporations policies and agreements with other companies. My aunt just purchased a phone (she is 7😎 to keep in touch in case of emergencies. She found out about wallpaper on her phone and wanted me to put a picture of her and her deceased husband on her phone. When I explained the process she told me never mind. Vzw should not try and profit from the content of ones personal property. The only thing that keeps them afloat is the network but as soon as there is improvement with one of its compeditors I AM GONE. freedomrep need not reply.

How can you complain about a company doing its best to make a profit. That is the whole point of business. Yes they are going to charge you to send and receive a picture what company doesn't.
