HUH? $800/mo for 800 minutes? 25k txt msgs?
Ok, so the person that sits beside me got a call few days ago from a customer, inq if we have any better rate plans available. The customer has been paying over $800 a month for her old 800 plan, that should be $59.99. Customer pays on time each month, never been late. Hasn't even called for a credit. WHY did this customer wait this long to call? I think I would notice if my 'should be' $59.99 bill was $800 consistently. 😕 😕 😕 Seems she was missing the unlimited night & weekend code. Wow. Yes, she got some offline time for some reworks! Also, got a call today, cus had over 25,000, yes twenty five THOUSAND text messages in one month. HOW? Did not ask for credit tho...I would have a FIT if I had 25k txt msgs! I get free text ...

I think it was actually AIM (instant messenger) loaded on their phone. We were all amazed with the account. With that many text, how do you even have time to TALK on the phone??? I have seen several times a parent call in disputing text that their "responsible teenager, who knows better" had on their account, but this was an adult. Still, wow!

That reminds me of the time i had an acct for a 5 line 6000 min fam share and radioshack put all the sec lines on digital choice 60 plan....what a mess

Good 'ole Radio Shack. Yes, I have had several situations like that. Fam share, with one line on a DC60 plan. Or my favorite, "2year" as the promo/disc code, which causes them to be charged for IN calling or Night & weekend with the proper code. Maybe it works in other areas, but not in mine! For instance, had a call today from an indirect rep wanting to know why we were charging $10/mo for IN calling access. Well, let see, you have 2year as the discount code, should be 2b05b. That is why. Your fault, but don't worry, I am getting paid $17 an hour to fix your mistake. Carry on! 🤣
