Opinions please: 815, 8100, or a950
Related questions: Can the Motorola 815 use my existing Moto car and travel charger, connectors appear to be the same? Would be nice but not a deal breaker.
Note that the A950 appears on the Verizon web site for my area (Ga) today.
Thanks, M

The chargers are universal, so you are good to go there. And in my opinion the Motorola E815 will be your best choice out of the three phones you mentioned. The E815 has incredible call clarity and reception. Hands down the winner. Take advantage of the 15 day trail, see what works best for YOU.
What is your current Moto phone? The E815 is a great choice though. Reception, call quality, features. You won't be dissapointed.

What if that person has a Star Tac? Then it isn't universal.
.
Good point!

The 815 is a great phone if the user can tolerate the locking up and resetting of the phone at least twice a day.

As does the 970. I have the A610 so that 970 is like an insane version of my pretty basic phone.
I'm leaning towards the 815, as my v60 has been very faithful, except for the antenna. The 950 looks nice, but I can't see the extra $ 100 they're asking for it right now over the 815.

Just watch yourself. The 815 software tends to lock up and reset multiple times per day. I had it for 2 months and ultimately got it replaced with the 8100. The 8100 works great (but it has a volume bug that is supposed to be corrected with the next software update).

I hear that! I used to be a fan, untill I ran into the lg 6100. Another major LG blunder
