A few weeks ago there was a long thread regarding the $.40 admin charge and getting out of your ETF. I told you that the charge didnt actually violate the T&C, even though vzw was letting people out of their contract due to the new charge.

Well today, vzw's corporate legal department has decided that vzw is no longer going to waive the ETF if you want to cancel due to the charge. So for thoes who havent canceled yet, its too late. 😛 😛

I decided to retract that statement and simply ignore people who are only out to start flame wars or make personal attacks on people. There is no reason for me to quit doing something that I enjoy....I will just not discuss anything with people who are only looking to start trouble.

Yeah whatever, Verizons "legal" department said.. -- its against VZW's own terms and conditions NOT TO LET YOU OUT...believe me, you want out of your contract because of the .40 rate increase you can still do it, the only thing Veizon has on its side is time...60 days after your first notification of this increase.
