It doesnt matter how many time u switch it out. you wont get a better phone! I have the 710 never had ne major issues like yours. I always question customers with issues, with so many exchanges if the prob is them! not the phone! I get sick of theses customers with Treo 600 that want the 650 (which isnt much better then the 600) so they keep on making up issues and messing the software up on purpose to get the 650. I got news for you, for the most part your wasting your time and mine. just remember each time you call in it costs us about $7.00. U want more for your money stop trying to get free stuff. Only call with real probs.

She's not trying to get something for nothing, she's trying to get a working phone! She's not wasting her time switching out the phone just so you guys will think that her phone has problems and will give her a new model... So you haven't had any problems w/ the 710, well good for you! I have an LG VX4400, I can't stand it, it freezes and won't let me make or receive calls, it sends me duplicate texts constantly... but I bet there are thousands of people who have the same phone as me who don't have problems.. And don't say we are the problem, me and shscaptain work in the cell phone industry, so I think we understand the basic functioning of a cell phone
