Do you guys have problems with third party sites like wirefly? We always have customers that want free V3 and of course being 199.99 on our site, we can't match that.

I'm not in sales (cs) but nobody has ever mentioned that site to me. My computer feels dirty after having gone there now. Thanks.

Ha ha...well we get calls all the time...the whole opertion is shady, but we always get customers that want us to match those prices. We also have had customers that have gotten charged 600.00 on their card when they thought it was free. Yikes!

If they think it's such a deal, they can shop there. Good luck finding any brick and mortar store that will ever match an online store. I have had people ask me about seeing a price on Overstock.com though. While that is a legit site, I'm not changing any prices for them.

I sell Verizon online with A1 Wireless, Foncentral, Lets Talk and others.

It is very legit but customers have to understand the rebates.
The customer loyalty rebate is the one they give after the chargeback period (six months).

I can always be contacted by my customers for any issues.

Radio Shack sells online with the same company I deal with.

So those online deals will never go away but they are changing, the deals are not as good as before.

I really like the description of how the FREE phone actually works.
Now if these customers would READ first instead of just seeing FREE, I think a lot of problems would be solved.

And good luck getting any warranty work done on those phones. Don't even think of bringing your crack phone into a VZW store or calling Cust Service. We ain't helpin' ya. But that goes for ANY phone purchased from an indirect agent.

Want a warranty replacement phone that day? HA HA HA!!!

I would think everyone in wireless have problems with a lot of dealers in general. Many dealers advertise free everything (phone, accessories, free activation). Its just part of our industry.
