Rezound VS Spectrum

Any thoughts? All I can find is that they have the same processor/ram/MP cameras/graphics chip. Spectrum has bigger screen and rezound comes with beats audio. no led on the spectrum which sucks, but there are apps to fix that. More internal memory on Rezound.

Im leaning towards LG on this one because it is less expensive. Ive heard UI is better on the rezound, but Im not too worried about it because all that can be fixed with a custom rom.

Any thoughts one way or the other? Both seem like they are top of the line phones with the rezound being slightly better in some areas. The main things im concerned about is processor and ram. Currently on the revolution, came from the dx2. I can definitely tell the difference between the dual core v...

Not sure where your pricing comes from. Official Verizon pricing has the two phones at the same price.

In our area, a store is lucky to sell through their initial order of Spectrum models (usually a case of ten) over the past six months. The Rezound has sold at about a case per week. I haven't had major problems with the Spectrum, I just think most people would rather buy something other than an LG smartphone. Much of that seems to come from one of four lower-end "beginner" Android phones they've put out over the past couple years.

Been reading into it the past few hours, Ive read there is some "gaming lag" on LG and voice quality is crap. I got the pricing online. Its 100 because they want me to start a new contract. Sadly the rezound wasnt offered. Ive sold a decent amount of both and have few to no complaints about either. Like I said before, the sense UI seems cooler, but as I also said the UI is not going to stay stock for long. I think HTC is a more trusted brand, but comparing these two phones apples to apples I dont see much difference besides the ones I listed before.

Because it is not a huge seller there arent many forum reviews that I can find. Just in-depth from various websites. Which is all fine and good, but I wanted an oppinion from someone who held...

I have a Thunderbolt and a RAZR. The Thunderbolt was good for the first 4G phone, but has been surpassed in many ways by each new 4G phone. The RAZR has been surprisingly good - better than I expected, being an HTC person.

If I had to pick between Rezound and Spectrum, I'd pick the HTC in a heartbeat, and not just because I prefer the brand. Let's say I "don't prefer" LG, almost as much as I don't prefer Pantec.

I'd also consider the Galaxy Nexus (as I have been) as a contender. I hear people complain about this phone (as with everything), but for people I work with it's been an excellent phone (and we're picky).

That is saying a lot. Both have a bad track record IMO, The breakout being pantechs first smartphone on VZW. It was a good try but not great overall. I think the spectrum was LGs first attempt to have a high end smartphone though. before this it seemed like they made more middle of the road devices. not great and not horrible (in most cases)...

At least LG once had a good rep. Pantech has always been trash and always will be.
