If I am not on a text plan, how much does it cost per message?

does it cost for incoming text messages?

and if I'm on a plan, does incoming count towards the amount of my plan?

in the $2.99 plan for 100, is incoming and outgoing the same?

also is anlog considered roam? (when people say 95% of the US is covered, is that on roam too? and if so, how much is covered w/o paying roaming charges)

On a text messaging plan, they all (incoming and outgoing) count toward the alloted messages. Overage is charged at two cents to send, 10 cents to receive.

Analog is not necessarily roaming (former Sprinter?). You can use analog service and still be in the VZW or a partner's network.

IMO all the providers together don't have 95% of the US covered.

Sorry, my mistake - 2 cents to receive, 10 cents to send.
