The Cingular vs Verizon Thing
I work for the Cingular Retention Center, and let me tell you; most of Cingular employees (including myself) have different providers, mostly Verizon and Sprint, Cingular is giving me a fre cell phone for, just for being an employee I was going to pass on the offer but I saw this phone that Verizon does'nt have (Sony Ericsson T226) I fell in love with it, and hey! it's free...! so Im going to jump on the GSM "sinking ship" and test the GSM technology here in FL, Im a bit eskeptical since I call customers everyday who complaing and regret for switching from TDMA to GSM, I hear them complain about how they don't have coverage in places they used to. I work for cingular to customer care. I think this is a good time togo GSM with the coverage improving so much. Customer complain because they wanted to go from one part of the country to another without any service issues. Thats just unrealistic the closet company is Verizon but cingular is second as far as network size. Cingular is number one for phones
