LG Clout nice phone...
The LG Clout VX70 is a sweet flip phone the best flip in several years...VZW needed a good phone not everyone likes touch screens...I kept my LG Dare for a year, but missed having a flip...You have too purchase it from VZW Indirect dealer as VZW Corp isn't selling them yet...VZW is stuck with all the LG VX8360 phones since they required data...Gee you would think VZW was smarter than that VX8360 sales are flat...

My only suggestion is to find one that actually says Verizon wireless. That way you are at a premium agent... YOu might avoid JOE's phone shack, but any premium agent has to meet strick guidelines with Verizon to keep the name.
I would also trust a couple big box retailers like HHgregg or Best buy. Basically just find a reputable one.
Personally I have bought most my phones at an indirect, they come with the same verizon warranty and I usually get a better deal. The only time I buy straight from Verizon is online but I hate doing that and would rather support a local store.
If you worried about a used phone or something just check the counter when you get it.
