Game changer

So, tomorrow Tmob starts selling the HD2 and by now ya'll know Sprint is launching the EVO (what a beautiful phone; congrat's Sprint!). And what are we talking about over here? The Casio Brigade for crying out loud-sheeeshs. I swear I'm going to start sounding like Scott Howard (lol) only I'm wanting one of those two; common Vz, get the Supersonic!! Oh well, my NE2 isn't until Oct; by then all of the shouting will be over and the reviews on these two Bad Boys will be in. I'll make a decision then if I stay or go; both Tmob and Sprint in San Diego have poor coverage...sigh

I know, and he just doesn't stop talking about it. It's not going to be a Verizon phone! If HTC makes something with similar specs for Verizon, it won't be called Supersonic anyway.

Heck, even Sprint doesn't seem to be calling it that.

yeah it's the Evo... seriously Evo. Supersonic would be a better name.

I think if we got a phone of these specs, it should be the Terminator (keeping with Droid theme) or something.. still ticked they dropped the Droid name.. it's very sticky.. even ATT reps are referring to android phones as Droids.

Maybe it's because George Lucas gets a nickel every time we use the word.

So then both George Lucas AND James Cameron each make a nickel when we talk about the phone!

Look at the brightside.. there (hopefully) will never be a phone called the "Twilight."

..Phone with a webcam that will watch you as you sleep and sparkles in the sunshine.

Who cares about EVO beside a few tech junkies? will the masses flock to this phone? or will Sprint continue to FAIL adding subs? Cool ass revolutionary phone but can sprint market it so it sells? I think that Boost is the only thing saving them, and they should just continue with their niche.

I won't even lie, I have a Moto Droid, and I was a little sad after I saw the HTC Evo 4G, it's a really nice phone hands down. The only thing keeping me from leaving Verizon to go to Sprint and get it, is the fact that I hate Sprint. I left them like 2 or 3 years ago to come to VZW, why would I go back.

Just kinda made me go "dang, look at my I little Moto Droid".

And then six months later something else will make you want to change something. You'll never be happy when you're constantly envious of the next thing coming out. That, and your bank account will be a lot lighter, too.

I'm not worried about my bank account 🙄 , I do want the hottest device though. Like most don't do it, some of you have like 3 phones.

I will admit, I do an equipment upgrade every 12 months usually always in December. When I went to the Droid I was actually only at 11 months. Knowing me, I'll never even know what a new every 2 is. I never wait long enough.

So I'll wait until November/December comes again, and hopefully something better will be out, and I'll upgrade with Verizon again, I'm not going anywhere.
