I believe Visual Voicemail is the only way to do that under the current platform. I don't get enough voicemails to justify the $3/mo to have it, but if you get several messages a day or archive messages for long spans of time, you may want to consider it.

Although the name is somewhat misleading. Truly "visual" voice mail would be a text transcript of the voice mail and REALLY would be cool.
