Nextel 18, let's recap...
Haven't been on these forums in a while, since Verizon Wireless firewalls restrict internet activity. I've been reading these posts however, and have been biting my tongue.
First off, if you and Kingfrog can get in a boat and sail to the middle of the pacific, and somehow we could sink it, that'd be great.
Secondly, Qualquam developed QChat, they also sell the licenses in different regions for it. Just because Nextel purchased the licensing agreement, it DOES NOT mean they own the technology. Different regions around the world can use QChat- does that mean they own it? no. it means they are licensed to use it. Believe it or not, there is a difference there.

I will also have to respectfully disagree with some 'facts' being spouted around about Verizon. The facts that you are putting out their about Sprint and Nextel...You act like they are already working in tandem. Well when you take three seperate companies, (boost mobile as well) at put them all together at their peak, sure they may look more impressive...I won't get too much into the technical aspect, but as CIngular is finding out its a mess...Now when you quoted those verizon numbers, did you happen to add in prepay? I also drank half a bottle of Kettle One watching the Illini game and killed 7 or 8 beers watching the Nextel Busch race before going out. There was some jokester at one of the bars last night rolling Solo and playing on his laptop, is that a sad attemp to score or what? I heard him ask this hottie if she new if he could pick up a signal from the Starbuck's Wi FI that is a block away. I told the moron to get a cellular PC card so he can stay connected and he seemed to have never heard of such a creature!!

Umm, it was the Nascar Busch race I guess. I miss the Winston cup, Nextel just doesn't sound as good Winston. Yeah, when I walked up to him I called him Poindexter, hahaha. He was getting laughed at and finally left. I think he thought that he might look like a secret agent or savy business man.

i dont really miss the winston cup, becuase i dont like the point of advertising something that kills someone. i mean it really enhanced their brand awareness, but i think speed and winston doesnt really go well together, but with nextel and nascar it does.

yea 2am. it sucks. (im in southern cali). then again, every day of the week in orange county, there's a bar that's happening. so I guess its not so bad.

Orange County rocks, my wife was born there and her parents had a Vacation home in Tustin Rance until a year ago. My wife wants to move back there some day but if the bars close that early then I'm staying in the Chicago area!! AA kicked me out, something about rallying the troops and vacating the meetings to drink didn't set well. Go Liver!!!!
