AT&T Customer's Blood Pressue on the Rise

Apple (NSDQ:AAPL)'s iPhone may be one of the coolest gadgets ever made, but AT&T (NYSE:T) subscribers are frustrated with many aspects of the exclusive iPhone carrier's service, according to Consumer Reports' annual wireless customer satisfaction survey.
Consumer Reports polled 50,000 readers in 26 cities and found that AT&T received the lowest customer satisfaction ranking in 19 of these cities, with its lowest ratings coming in the voice service and customer support categories. Verizon, on the other hand, was ranked highest in nearly every category.

One would hope AT&T management would see this and think "hmmm...we need to fix this". But they won't, they keep Wall Street happy with these performances and that's all that matters.
APPLE had a great 3Q2009
AT&T is JUST along for the ride. Their 3rd Quarter results were great because the iPhone is a compelling device, but the results are not being driven by AT&T's marketplace innovation, pricing, customer service or "more bars in more places." They're being achieving success through a sanctioned monopoly.
AT&T is being pulled kicking and screaming down the highway of success by the noose strapped around their neck, tied to the trailer hitch of the Apple iPhone Bandwagon.
Six months from now when the exclusivity expires and unlock codes come available for iPhones allowing people to jump ship for Tmo to save huge amounts of money for nearly identical service, things will be different.
