HTC Touch Pro2 in stores when?
I called VZW customer service today and asked when the TP2 might be in stores. The rep I spoke with said it was already shipped out and should be in those stores that are going to get it. My local store - a corporate store, Kansas City area - does not have the TP2 yet, nor do they know when they will have it. Any VZW personnel know when this is going to be in stores? I know I can order it online, I just want to get hands on one for a little while at the store without going through the order & return it headache if it turned out I didn't like it.

They can order it for you, but they may not get it until they sell out of the Touch Pro. You can always order it online tho. It will save you from the MIR.

Just played around with one at the T-Mobile store and I wasn't impressed. Complicated menu system, heavy, low call volume. Maybe it's just cause I'm coming from a BlackBerry. Glad I didn't pre-order it from Verizon.

I have a friend who uses T-Mo. He got the TP2 as soon as it was available. I haven't had time to see his yet, but from what he has told me it seems like that version doesn't live up to the reviews I've seen for the Sprint/VZW versions. I'm not sure what the differences are yet, but there does seem to be enough variance to have an impact on performance.
