Replacement Tour
This is my second Tour the first had a trackball issues and callers telling me they weren't able to hear me. I went to a Verizon store and they gave me a Brand New one out the box. I now notice that the second Tour I have recieved has two dead pixels. Is that enough to get another replacement because it is kind of annoying. But I really dont want to be a bother. 👀

It's definitely not a bother to make sure someone has a working handset when they have a legitimate issue. As long as it's not a "oh, it has a scratch" type of issue where the person swears up and down that it also "drops a ton of calls"...

it better be enough! you didnt sign that 2 year contract for nothing...theres no reason why you should have dead pixels on the screen of that phone...i would call customer service and escalate the issue and until it was replaced, i would refuse any resolution they give you...they should have no problem exchanging your phone for another tour...

good luck after 5 bad phones they told me to deal with it! The tour is a awesome phone but surely needed to stay in testing for a few more weeks!

Why call customer service? He returned the first one to the store and they exchanged it out of box. If he is under 30 day WFG period then take this one to the store as well.

My trackball with my new tour works great. You should go to the store and let them know so you can also get an exchange. I also noticed on my tour that there is no feed back on part of the space key and its very annoying. What other issues have you been having?

Yea, my trackball is way off too. There was a notification that a batch of Tours had the laser which reads the trackball misaligned. It was at an angle, so up/down works great, but left/right is tough and sometimes left is acknowledged as up...
