we have a 1 user verizon plan (expires on sept. 2005) and a 3 user t-mobile plan (expires in april 2005). we want to leave tmobile and go to a 4 user family plan with verizon.

1) if we include the 1 existing verizon account in the family plan. will it now have the same expritation date as the entire family plan?

2) will the existing verizon plan be elligable for a free phone (but 1 get 3 free) or it that only for new activations?

thanks

you might be able to get customer care to bump the upgrade date to sooner if you tell them you're gonna activate three new lines of service.

A customer care rep should be doing that for any reason, even three new lines. It is outside of policy, and as a rep I hate to see cust service do that. Why is buy ine get two free not good enough. Stop being greedy, fulfill your contract and get a new phone for free with your NE2 once you are eligable. It is still a free phone, just have to wait a few extra months to get it.
