Is Verizon data down for you?

We've been seeing a lot of reports of Verizon data services being down today, possibly limited to BlackBerrys (which, ironically, are probably used in mission critical situations more than most other devices). What's the status out there in the field? Anyone see any issues?

The data side was down for a couple of hours today here in central florida. Not bad considering I've been with verizon for 1 1/2 years and only had a couple of probs. When I was with sprint I cussed at it every day. Im not bi****ng. Its all good

This is the first major incident on Verizon in a while, meanwhile, if you google "AT&T Network problems" You will see that AT&T's network has has major issues for over a year.

Actually, the entire Verizon network was down in North Georgia earlier this year for a few days.

VZW probably took down parts of the network intentionally just to get that AT&T 3G network feel. More bars in more places: what AT&T would like to see so their customers can have a drink or two while they wait for 3G service.
My BB service was great, as usual, here in Philadelphia. I did notice a slow down last night that lasted no more than 15 mins, and that could have been due to our in-house Exchange Server.

My data has been working just fine on my BB and my Alias 2 today.
Beach, don't even try and compare the networks - apples and oranges my friend. (Consumer Reports and JD Power anyone?)
